Booking Policies

Please read these policies carefully before booking. They help ensure the best experience for everyone.

Cancellations

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please plan accordingly.

No Extra Guests

To maintain a comfortable and distraction-free environment, no additional guests, children, or companions are permitted unless prior approval has been given.

💵
Payments & Deposit

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. The deposit goes toward your final service total. Remaining balance is due in cash on the day.

Late Arrivals

Clients are granted a 15-minute grace period after their scheduled time. Arrivals beyond the grace period will incur a $20 late fee. Excessive lateness may result in a cancelled appointment and forfeited deposit.
